We do our absolute best to ship same day on all orders received before 3:30 pm EST, Monday-Friday (except on Postal holidays), and 12 Noon on Saturdays (except UPS which has no pickup on Saturdays). If we could ship Sundays, we would!
When your order was completed by our order fulfillment team, you were emailed a tracking number to the email address used when your order was placed. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your Mood & Mind account and viewing the shipment information. You will be able to track your package with the tracking number provided. Please allow 12-24 hours after the shipment for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system as it can take some time to update properly.
USPS First Class is estimated to take 2-7 days (average 3-5 days).
